A data collection and publishing tool which can produce fully indexed, electronic briefing books, Q&As, QFRs and more, and can be coupled with capabilities for Analytics and reporting.

Identify, customize and implement collection of Best of Breed Open Format & Open Source reporting solutions to meet the reporting needs of the Budget community.

Shared Technology Services

Web based Provisioning and Custom Application Development
A robust, secure technology platform which includes login provisioning ("authentication" and "authorization"), database, server, and agile application development.

MAX Authentication Service (MAS)
Provide “authentication as a service” to applications/information systems, working through the MAX Federal Community. The first HSPD-12 implementation in the Government used this service.

Budget Segment Reference Architecture
A Budget Segment architecture document is available to agencies to use as a template to simplify and jump-start their system development and enterprise architecture activities. This template follows the Federal Segment Architecture Methodology (FSAM).
